When my husband and I began to think about new cabinets for our kitchen, we felt that we would get the best value for our money if we went out of the area to a big chain store. We picked out cabinets we wanted and then received our quote. It was a high and we could not afford all the extras.

Our initial thought was it would be very expensive because his cabinets are custom built and he has a local business here in Lamar. We agreed to let him bid our kitchen cabinets. When the bid from Images in Wood came back, it was less than the other bids we had received. We also got all the extras with Joe’s cabinets, like pull out shelves in all the drawers. There were also a variety of cabinet choices and wood stains to choose from. All the cabinets were custom made and tailored to it perfectly in our kitchen. The quality was outstanding. Working with Joe at Images in Wood was a pleasure. He was professional and courteous and quick to answer any of our questions. We are extremely happy with the quality of cabinets we received. Many people think that when you buy hometown that you will pay twice the price. However, with Images in Wood, it was just the opposite. We received twice the cabinets and a lot of extras that we would not have been able to afford with the other companies. We strongly recommend Images in Wood to custom build any type of cabinetry that you may need.
